Land & Sea is a family run business in the heart of Polmont. Owner Susan Ord has been in the Fish & Chip Industry since she was at Primary School and used to enjoy the classic deep fried pizza on a lunchtime. She took over the business in 1998 and it has grown from strength to strength in delivering our National Dish 'Fish & Chips'. The business has held the Friers Quality Award since 2000 and was Scotland's National Winner for Fish & Chip Shop of the Year in 2005. less
