About the Business
Tom Whiteside has trained for years in the fish industry working on the docks at Fleetwood and the prestigious fish market in Manchester. And most importantly of all, at an award winning chain of fish and chip shops by the seaside, giving Tom a wealth of knowledge about the industry. He has now decided to open his own traditional, family run Blackpool Style chippy at 470 Halliwell Road in Bolton, bringing top quality fresh seaside fish and chips to Bolton. His twin brother Patrick is also joining him and has been trained up to Tom's high standard; so you'll be getting two highly trained friendly faces for the price of one!
