About the Business
Our Potatoes are locally sourced we use only the best Maris Pipers, Cabaret or Bard available. Our chips are nice and crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside these are thicker for a healthier product for our customers. Our Fish is sourced from responsibly managed fishing grounds and our suppliers are members of FASA or MSC.
We mainly use line caught Norwegian Haddock which is a premium fish this is all filleted on site every day. Our Cod is sourced mainly from sustainable stocks in and around the seas in Iceland and is also filleted on site.
