About the Business
Explore the cobbled back streets of the famous artists' quarter in St. Ives and you'll find Saltwater, just a few minutes stroll from the beautiful harbour. Saltwater is a small family run restaurant that serves delicious food in a relaxed informal atmosphere.
Fish is literally on our doorstep from Matthew Stevens and Son. Meat is from R.J. Trevarthan, whose suppliers are local farmers, and has full Cornish traceability. Our fruit and veg and organic leaves are all sourced locally, as is our butter, milk and of course Cornish clotted cream.
