About the Business
From the moment we opened our first shop in 2003, our objective was to offer local communities a consistently high standard of Fish & Chips, served in a pleasant environment by efficient and friendly people. That, quite simply, was our mission and we continued to work hard to stick to those early principles. We believe that quality comes first every time and we insist that fish and potatoes we buy are of the highest quality. Our fish is cut and our potatoes are chipped every morning.
Our aim is to continue to expand when we can, bringing the Deep Blue experience to as many communities as we can manage. All of our raw ingredients come from known suppliers and we can trace, through the supply chain, the origin of every sack of potatoes and every piece of fish that we buy. We only buy the best possible quality fish from specific vessels renowned for the quality of their catches and the professionalism of their captains and crews.
