Our mission is to expand the business both in terms of outlets and customer penetration through the strength of the brand whilst retaining the family caring ethos to become the fish and chip shop brand of choice in our geographical service area with a reputation for consistent quality and service. Our strapline 'Fanatical about Fish' is the primary brand descriptor of who we are, what we do and how we do it and how we differentiate ourselves from other operators.
