About the Business
The Denmark Street Fish and Chips Shop is one of the oldest established and well known shops in Bedford having been established over 60 years ago. In 1967, the Sacco family acquired the shop and over the next 30 years carried out extensive refurbishment and improvements including the fit out of one of the largest fish frying ranges in the County. The business grew significantly under the Saccos serving the people of Bedford and especially in the surrounding Castle and Embankment area.
Over the last few years, we have had the pleasure of serving many local families and we pride ourself with the reputation of serving the highest quality fish and chips to be found in Bedford. We recognise the demands of families and have an extensive children's menu.
